About Us

The Weymouth Garden Club was organized in 1931, the first charter members met to promote an interest in gardening, provide instruction, and help beautify Weymouth. The present day goals of the club are, in essence, the same as they were in 1931, but have expanded to include an awareness of our responsibility as caretakers of the earth. We are now concerned both with beauty and with pressing environmental concerns, and conservation issues.

The Weymouth Garden Club welcomes gardeners of all levels of expertise, from novice to expert. The club offers educational instructions, social and civic opportunities.
